Condition 1 Submitted Portrait Order Form but not completed the payment part.

Condition 2 Completed portrait order form and payment but want to cancel the order.
If you have submitted the portrait order form and made the payment but want to cancel the order, simply drop us an email at email@example.com or call us on +91 9889510004.
All the refunds in case of condition 2 will be made according to the two notification emails sent to you during the process of creation of your ordered portrait-
- Before receiving the first notification of the creation process of the portrait: 100% refund
- After the first notification and before receiving the second notification: 75% refund
- After the second notification of the creation process and before shipment: 50% refund
- After the portrait has been shipped: No Refund
Condition 3 In case you have received the damaged product please do not accept it. 60% of the paid amount will be refunded. All the refunds will be made on your account within 7 working days.
